So, not too long ago I tried Yoga. Which was very fun but, its been a couple of months since I’ve been back. Should I go back? Every now and then, the Yoga Instructor will send me a message. She wants to know when I am coming back. I am not sure when I am coming back lol. I just leave her message unanswered because I don’t want to feel pressured to go to yoga. I don’t think I have the right mindset to be an active yogi. I just like to socialize with people, that was the only reason I tried yoga.
I am currently looking for a hobby. I am looking for something to occupy my time and help me tighten and tone my jiggly wiggly at the same time. Maybe something like a sport or a active group activity. I would love a hobby that consists of me losing weight, socializing, and having fun. I don’t want to be bored. Boredom is not my forte.
